Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Professor Dynamo (the website at dynamoprof.com and the Professor Dynamo Discord bot) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Madi Kassymov, Kazakhstan. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Public game data

Ranks, MMR and match history are fetched from the public Deadlock API using the Steam account you linked. This data is already public; we show it and do not sell it.

Why we use it

We process this data because you chose to use these features (your consent), and where needed to provide the service you asked for. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not run analytics or tracking.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent personal data. It passes through these services only as needed to run Professor Dynamo: Discord (sign-in and bot messages), Valve / Steam and the Deadlock API (public game data), Cloudflare (network and security) and Google Fonts (web fonts loaded by your browser). Some of these providers are outside Kazakhstan, so data may be processed abroad.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Run /unlink in Discord to remove your Steam link yourself, or write to [email protected] for anything else. We reply within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

Children

Professor Dynamo is not meant for children under the minimum age set by Discord’s own terms.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Dynamo Hub project reference

Dynamo Hub, the Windows companion app available through Professor Dynamo, was developed with Deadlock+ (deadlock-plus/deadlock-plus) as a project reference. The reference project's source code is available in that repository. We credit the Deadlock+ authors and contributors for their work.
